if you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us by phone within 24 hours of placing your order.
all returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 2 weeks of package receipt. all returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information.
seven smooches is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
when we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit or send you a replacement item for the amount of the merchandise returned. shipping & handling will not be refunded or credited.
